About The Blumbellies
Hi! We’re the The Blumbellies — a new music-for-families project by Philly-based musicians Bekki Schwartz and Noah Teachey. As The Blumbellies, we perform a fun, folksy, and eclectic mix of original songs and classic tunes. Inspired first and foremost by our belief that music is more fun when everyone’s a part of it, we take a playful and participatory approach to family music, making lots of room in our songs and sets for the whole family to join in together (instruments included!). We have released two EPs - Midnight Dance, a collection of winter dance songs, and Everybody Play, a trio of songs designed for playing along at home. Find our songs on all streaming platforms, and we’ll see you around town!
